Complaints

Following all regularly-scheduled audits (Stage 2, Recertification, Surveillance) PRI Registrar sends a customer satisfaction survey, in which clients are given the opportunity to submit any complaints regarding PRI Registrar, our auditors, or our process.

Complaints may also be submitted directly to our office via phone (724-772-8664) or email.

PRI Registrar values the feedback provided to us by our clients, and we strive to improve our service in any way possible. Any complaints that cannot be resolved are submitted to our internal corrective action process for formal response.
